I have never been disappointed ordering from here. I’ve ordered over 100 times and we have never had an issue with getting the correct items. Great food. Everyone is always very friendly. It’s a to go shop. Some of the reviews are from the sports bar two doors down.
I was very unhappy with my lasagna. It was dry and rubbery. I called the same day to let the manager know and she said they would give me another meal.
When I called to place an order she said I had to order another lasagna. She would not give me something else, because it's against their policy and she would have to pay for it out of her pocket. Seriously!!!???

Ordered 3 tacos for me. 2 for my girl and onion rings. Tacos came out in 15 min, onion rings in 25 min. 😞 only 1 other couple before us. Not sure why it took sooooo long for onion rings. Bartender was nice and friendly, i like the place but they need to get cook moving , lol. Over all a nice place, clean and cozy. Will be back
If you’re looking for authentic Italian pizza, don’t order it here. So disappointed with the manufactured pizza dough… thick, doughy, and tasteless. Drowns out any toppings like ricotta cheese, prosciutto, and arugula.
I had a horrible experience at 6934 Wolf Road, Indian Head Park, IL. No that it matters, but I'm a black female. I walked into the location and the owner or manager asked me to wait while she took a personal call. I patiently agreed and waited about 10 minutes. A white male walked in and she immediately cleared her call and asked to help him. She took his order and I could not believe she totally ignored me as though I didn't exist and I was there first, patiently waiting. I stood there stunned and felt completely insulted. I couldn't believe what had just happened so I walked out. I don't know if the treatment was due to me being black, or what? I just know that it was extremely insulting and a horrible experience. I wish this experience on no one. However, someone needs to know what I experienced.
Pizza was doable… wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Service was slow, but friendly. I wouldn’t go back with the kids, but I’d go with my buddies for sports.
Total rip off. Their vodka rigatoni costs $5 more than Capri Express and it’s a smaller portion. The ticket price is also different from what they charge you. Super disappointed. $26 for rigatoni with no meat, is crazy. I meant to order from Capri Express but ordered from here by accident .
Finally a cool place in Indian Head Park.The atmosphere is light and airy, very comfortable. The bartender was very friendly and efficient. Also the place is spotless. This was Driftwood, connected to Capri to go.
